What's in store for you?
In this challenging role, you will work closely with regional management and various support departments, playing a key role in shaping Lister’s strategic policy. You will combine strategic policy development with relationship and portfolio management. You will be the one to identify market opportunities and translate them into policy, and you will maintain key relationships with external stakeholders such as municipalities and healthcare funders.
Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
- Strategic Policy Development: You monitor key market trends and translate them into strategic policies that contribute to Lister’s development and positioning.
- Relationship Management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as local governments and healthcare funders, and ensure that Lister can make the most of available funding sources.
- Contract Management: You monitor contractual agreements with external partners and ensure their proper implementation within the organization.
- Advisory Role: You will advise regional management and the board at the strategic level on market developments, tenders, and healthcare products that meet the needs of our clients.
- Market Analysis: You identify opportunities and threats in the market and translate these into concrete actions for Lister, working closely with colleagues to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Management support: You will prepare strategic meetings between the Board of Directors and key stakeholders, and provide well-reasoned analyses and strategic notes.
What do we offer?
At Lister, we offer more than just a competitive salary. The salary range is between €5,500 and €6,500 based on a 36-hour workweek. In addition, part-time work is possible, with a minimum of 28 hours per week. You can also count on excellent benefits, such as an end-of-year bonus of 8.33%, a vacation allowance of 8% (in accordance with the GGZ collective bargaining agreement), and pension accrual through the Zorg en Welzijn pension fund. Who are you?
We are looking for a driven and strategically minded professional with experience in policy development and relationship management. Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in mental health care, is a plus. However, what matters most is your ability to provide high-level advice, demonstrate strategic insight, and build and maintain lasting relationships. You have excellent communication skills and possess a university-level education and way of thinking.
