This

's program supports

municipalities in building or strengthening local and/or regional coalitions to

to develop a coordinated approach to the first 1,000 days of a child’s life (the

period from 9 months to 2 years). This is the period that is of great importance for the

health and development throughout the rest of your life. Your

enthusiasm, dedication, knowledge, and expertise as a strategic advisor/project manager

are essential to maximizing the impact of our work.

What does your day look like?

• You will assist municipalities and local or regional social sector organizations

  and the medical field in the process of forming a partnership (coalition) or

  to strengthen these. Together, these coalitions ensure a "Promising Start" approach

  in their municipality.

• Together with your colleagues at Pharos, municipalities, regional and national

  organizations, you can develop an effective approach to a Promising Start in

  the coalitions and provides guidance where necessary. You do this by organizing

  (learning) circles, workshops, and presentations at national conferences.

Are you our ideal candidate?

• You have a bachelor's degree in

  a degree and at least 5 years of relevant work experience at the strategic level;

• You have experience supporting

  local and regional stakeholders in change or renewal and

  cross-functional collaboration;

• You know how to translate strategic themes

  to put theory into practice and seek out connections or collaborations;

• You stay up to date on current events and trends relevant to the program, and share

  (proactive) knowledge and insights. You translate these into opportunities for the program

  or Pharos. In addition, you will help raise awareness of the

  outcomes, both from Kansrijke Start and from the local coalitions.

• You have a knack for getting things done quickly

  get to the bottom of things, guide processes, and switch between substantive

  expert and process facilitator;

• You are environmentally conscious and enjoy getting involved in

  health disparities, maternal care, and the social sector;

What do we offer?

• Pharos adheres to the Mental Health Care Collective Bargaining Agreement. The position is classified in pay scale 65, which ranges from €4,381 to €5,734 based on a 36-hour workweek. Pay is determined based on experience;
• An 8% vacation bonus and a

  year-end bonus of 8.33%;

• At Pharos

  We operate on a hybrid model; on average, 50% of the time from home. You will receive a travel allowance

  and a work-from-home allowance;

• A net phone expense allowance of €25 per

  month.

The position

The position is generally for 24–32 hours per week, for one year, with the possibility of extension.
