In this role, you will be responsible for both strategy and execution at the intersection of agenda-setting, strategic marketing, and the further development of the Marketing & Communications and Public Engagement & Debate teams. Working alongside the language, arts, and heritage programming teams and the various marketing specialists, you will strategically position Rozet and clearly convey our message. Both within the city and beyond, for visitors, participants, partners, and in the political arena. You proactively build and maintain your contacts with stakeholders and networks. By making optimal use of your strategic thinking, you connect the organization and its social goals to residents and stakeholders, with a focus on impact. Together with the team, you collaborate with other teams and the Executive Director. In doing so, you focus on the further development of the team and the individual colleagues within it.
What do we have to offer you? A broad, strategic role in an organization that values everyone’s authenticity. We’ll start with a one-year contract. The benefits package is governed by the Public Libraries Collective Bargaining Agreement, with a gross annual salary ranging from €76,000 to €83,000, including vacation pay and a year-end bonus.
