Are you someone who spends hours scrolling through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or basically any social media platform? Are you always the first to know about the latest social media trends and algorithms? And do you have a knack for (online) storytelling?
Then you might just be the creative (digital) jack-of-all-trades we’re looking for. Are you also skilled at both coming up with and executing ideas that help our series reach a wider audience? For example, by creating an in-depth TikTok series tied to shows like *Farmer Wants a Wife* or *A House Full*? If so, we can’t wait to receive your application.
As a Social Media Creative at KRO-NCRV, you will be responsible for posting content to our corporate social media channels on a daily basis. You will do this alongside a small team of other Online Content Creatives, under the guidance of an editor.
You’ll be responsible for creating online content from start to finish. That means you’ll be in charge of developing and posting engaging, creative social media content related to KRO-NCRV’s social themes and our programs—from TikTok series to Instagram filters. You’ll know how to make your content catchy and appealing for each channel, keeping viewers hooked from the very first second.
You will develop (and optimize!) a social media plan for each project and ensure it aligns with the overall content strategy for KRO-NCRV’s social media channels. Working with a data analyst, you will analyze social media metrics and set goals for our social media channels.
The split between content creation and analysis is roughly 75-25%.
We are the pioneers at KRO-NCRV, an inclusive group of creative and unconventional colleagues. We do this because we want to make the world a better place, but also because we’re excited by all the opportunities that the many platforms and technologies offer us. Data, distribution, research, and online play an increasingly essential role in this.
