• As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for successfully leading and managing various strategic initiatives, both large and small, within the Dutch Lottery.
• You will coordinate project teams and stakeholders, ensure effective collaboration, maintain clear communication, and monitor deadlines and budgets.
• You are able to identify opportunities and risks and take proactive steps to manage them.
• You will actively contribute to creating an agile work environment and foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

You’ll probably also want to know this: As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be working with many systems, so a strong affinity for technology and IT is desirable.

Your talent

• A completed associate's or bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager, preferably in a MarTech environment.
• You have knowledge and experience with multiple project management frameworks and methodologies, including agile development.
• Managing a complex and unique stakeholder landscape and building and strengthening relationships with senior management.
• You have a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch and English.

In addition, for this position, you should have an independent, entrepreneurial, and proactive attitude, along with a passion for leading and implementing projects. You excel at abstract thinking and managing multiple projects simultaneously. An interest in lotteries, sports, and telemarketing is a plus.

Your score

As a Project Manager, we offer you:

• a salary ranging from €4,900 to €7,100 gross per month, depending on your experience
• an attractive bonus plan.
• a full-time position (40 hours per week).
• For €3.00, you can enjoy a healthy and varied lunch in our company cafeteria.

Our office in Rijswijk is generally where you’ll be working, but you’ll mainly work wherever best suits your tasks.
