Managing a variety of complex projects is exactly what your role as a Senior Project Manager for Information Management entails. You will be responsible for approximately 2 to 5 projects at a time. For example, within the Smart Hospital program, you will work on the implementation of smart technologies, while within the Fit for the Future program, you will work on the IT support for the new future-proof model for our organization and governance. There is a lot happening at Radboudumc, and within this inspiring environment, you will continuously work on improvements in the field of information management. Committed and enthusiastic, you engage your project team, the organization, and other stakeholders in your projects. Naturally, you keep the finances in order and bring projects to a successful and widely supported conclusion. And when you achieve small or big successes, a big smile appears on your face.

You’ll be working in many different areas of the hospital, and in this role, you’ll have the freedom to shape your own workweek. As a Senior Project Manager for Information Management at:

• preparing, planning, leading, implementing, and evaluating complex hospital-wide projects, sometimes following (European) procurement processes.
• share your knowledge with the rest of the team; you inspire and mentor your (junior) colleagues.
• monitoring the progress of the projects you are responsible for.
• quickly identifying and anticipating deviations.
• establishing connections between internal departments and external parties.
• ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

With 300 colleagues spread across 14 teams, Information Management works toward this goal every day from a brand-new, modern workspace on the hospital campus. As a senior project manager, you—along with 30 other project managers—are part of the versatile Projects team within Information Management. In addition, as a Senior Information Management Project Manager, you will:

• HBO+ level of work and thinking.
• At least 5 years of work experience as a senior project manager.
• Experience working with the PRINCE2, Agile, or SCRUM methodologies.
• strong communication skills.

• A gross monthly salary between €4,952 and €6,337 (pay grade 12) based on full-time employment.
• To start with, a one-year contract, which we would then like to convert into a permanent contract.

• a reimbursement of 70% of your pension contribution. You pay the remaining portion of the contribution yourself out of your gross salary.
• 168 vacation hours per year based on a 36-hour workweek.
