As a Senior Project Manager at Cordaan, you will lead a strategic, organization-wide project that lays the foundation for the future of healthcare in Amsterdam. What will you be doing?

In this role, you will lead an organization-wide project based on a strategic plan. Your responsibilities will include:

Implementing the “Competent Means Authorized” policy and a plan for HR coordination: Translate the strategic direction into concrete actions and guidelines that are embraced at all levels of the organization. You will work closely with the Learning and Development Manager on this.
Guiding cultural change: Foster collaboration, a willingness to change, and a shared vision of competence.
Launching pilot projects: Develop and oversee pilot programs where ideas are tested and refined before being rolled out on a larger scale.
Build support: Actively engage healthcare staff, teams, and management, and align internal and external stakeholders with the objectives.
Creating the right conditions: Ensure that the new framework is firmly embedded in processes, teams, and working methods.

What do we offer?

The terms and conditions of employment for the position of senior project manager are in accordance with the VVT collective bargaining agreement:

A one-year contract for 32 to 36 hours per week, with the possibility of a permanent position.
A salary ranging from a minimum of €3,768.00 to a maximum of €5,477.00 (FWG 60) based on a 36-hour workweek.
An end-of-year bonus equal to 8.33% of gross annual income and an annual vacation allowance of 8%.
Pension accrual through the Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn pension fund, a group discount on your health insurance, and travel expense reimbursement in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.

Who are you?

We are looking for a project manager with experience in change management and a keen eye for complex organizational processes. In addition, you have:

An affinity for the healthcare sector and an understanding of certification and qualification processes (such as BIG registration). Knowledge of VRHs in the healthcare sector is also a plus.
Experience in facilitating cultural change within large organizations.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate strategic goals into practical results.
Excellent interpersonal skills: you know how to inspire others and foster teamwork.
Clear communication: You convey your ideas and plans persuasively to a variety of audiences.
