Senior Producer (M/F/X)

NTR is the broadcaster behind acclaimed programs such as *Het Klokhuis*, *Nieuwsuur*, and *Het Verhaal van Nederland*. To strengthen our Drama Editorial Team, we are currently seeking aSenior Producer (M/F/X)(18 hours per week)

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Evaluates ideas for drama projects (co-productions and in-house productions) for their production and financial feasibility and proposes (creative) alternatives where necessary;
  
• Review schedules, budgets, and final accounts, and closely monitor their progress;
  
• Conducting financial and legal negotiations with external parties and drafting contracts;
  
• Drafting applications for grants and subsidies and coordinating the related processes;
  
• Maintain a relevant network of internal and external partners, such as directors, external producers, the NPO, funding organizations, film festivals, production support companies, fellow broadcasters, and other industry professionals.
  

This is you:

• An energetic, proactive producer with expertise in drama and a corresponding network, or someone capable of building one;
  
• A flexible colleague who enjoys working with others but can also work independently;
  
• Responsible, solution-oriented, communicative, meticulous, and able to handle stress;
  
• If you love drama productions, you’ll appreciate NTR’s productions.
  

Here's what we offer:

A 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension. Depending on your knowledge and experience, this position is compensated within salary grade G (€3,118.48 – €4,757.41) of the broadcasting collective bargaining agreement.
