Within the Green Livelihoods Alliance (GLA), we collaborate with the Sustainable Development Institute (Liberia), NTFP EP (Philippines), Gaia Amazonas (Colombia), IUCN NL, Tropenbos International (Netherlands), and civil society organizations in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. We are committed to the conservation of tropical forests, which are vital for the livelihoods of local communities and the climate.
In addition, Milieudefensie collaborates with Both ENDS, SOMO, ITforChange, the Transnational Institute, Samdhana, the Clean Clothes Campaign, ActionAid, and civil society organizations worldwide through the Fair, Green & Global Alliance (FGG).
The goal of this program is to make international value chains more sustainable and to amplify the voices of people and communities around the world.
To ensure that these international programs are implemented as effectively as possible, a clear Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (PMEL) cycle is essential.
You will be part of Milieudefensie’s International Cooperation Program Office and report to the head of that department. You will work closely with:
