The Royal Theater Carré is looking for a
Senior Marketer
for 30–37.5 hours (negotiable)
Job Description
As a Performance Marketer on the marketing team, you are responsible for audience attendance at all performances at Carré. You manage the performance budget and devise the best way to promote performances directly to the target audience(s). You will work closely with producers to deploy marketing tools in a creative and efficient manner; this includes leveraging the publicity value of actors/performers, utilizing Carré’s channels, and running paid campaigns through outdoor, online, and social media. Drawing on your knowledge and experience, you will identify connections between different performances and similar target audiences and integrate these into your communications. You are the primary marketing contact for the producer and collaborate closely with the Programming and Ticketing departments within Carré. You evaluate and report on results, communicate key learnings, and create a visitor profile for each performance.
The marketing team consists of a Senior Digital Marketer, a Content Marketer, and a Marketing Coordinator, and is led by the Brand & Communications Manager, to whom you will report.
