The position
As a Senior Trainer, you’ll play a leading role in our modular Management Development programs, where personal leadership is always the central theme. You’ll draw on a wide range of coaching and training techniques and enjoy working with a diverse group of participants. You’ll be able to identify what an individual or group needs in the moment to take the next step in their development. In doing so, you’ll operate at the intersection of professional and personal development.
As a consultant, you will visit (potential) clients and advise them on complex, customized projects. Based on client needs, you will design programs and develop them into proposals. In this role, you will be one of Ludens’ leading figures and enthusiastically take on a pioneering role in professionalizing and further developing our organization.
Who are you?
Entrepreneurship is in your DNA; you have an academic level of work and thinking, at least 10 years of experience as a trainer, and the ability to work with participants at the intersection of professional and personal growth.
In addition
- Do you have experience with personalized training and coaching in the areas of communication, personal development, leadership, and team development?
- Are you accustomed to working with a target audience that includes college and university graduates, ranging from middle management to senior management and management teams?
- Do you have experience developing customized leadership programs and advising clients on training-related matters?
- Are you an entrepreneurial person with a keen business sense and a hands-on approach?
- You combine strength with empathy, you are open and honest, and you naturally take responsibility
- Since we operate on an international level, a solid command of the English language is an asset.
