As a Senior Trainer, you’ll play a leading role in our modular Management Development programs, where personal leadership is always the central theme. You’ll draw on a wide range of coaching and training techniques and enjoy working with a diverse group of participants. You’ll be able to identify what an individual or group needs in the moment to take the next step in their development. In doing so, you’ll operate at the intersection of professional and personal development.
As a consultant, you will visit (potential) clients and advise them on complex, customized projects. Based on client needs, you will design programs and develop them into proposals. In this role, you will be one of Ludens’ leading figures and enthusiastically take on a pioneering role in professionalizing and further developing our organization.
Entrepreneurship is in your DNA; you have an academic level of work and thinking, at least 10 years of experience as a trainer, and the ability to work with participants at the intersection of professional and personal growth.
