We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who is eager to tackle issues such as purpose and well-being. Does your heart beat just a little faster when we talk about well-being and job satisfaction? And about working for a social organization dedicated to ensuring equal opportunities—including opportunities for development—for all children in our region? Then read on and apply!
Our 70 locations are spread across two regions. For one of these regions, you will serve as the HR partner for the site management teams and the Regional Manager. Together, you will find appropriate solutions to a wide range of issues. Your approach will focus on continuously increasing the autonomy and personal leadership of our managers and employees. You will play an advisory role; this may sometimes involve having difficult conversations.
In addition to your general HR responsibilities, you will have a special focus on job satisfaction, well-being, and employability. We believe it’s important that our colleagues find meaning in their work and that they’re happy at 2Samen. That’s why we focus on sustainable employability, vitality, engaging and retaining our employees, and of course the purpose of our work: creating equal opportunities for all children, both within our childcare centers and beyond. For you, this means you can also get involved in a variety of projects that align with your talents and interests. Think of themes such as sustainability or diversity.
The Senior HR Advisor we’re looking for combines a warm personality with business acumen. You’ll actively foster connections with colleagues in the department(s), managers, and on-site staff. You’ll tackle your responsibilities at a strategic level and be able to translate our strategic direction into practical solutions. You’ll work independently, but certainly not alone!
2Samen is a warm and informal organization with short lines of communication. More than 900 colleagues dedicate themselves every day to helping children in The Hague and Westland. Our childcare staff make a real difference in the lives of many children. But we also do our part to support this meaningful work at our headquarters. We reinvest the money we earn back into our childcare centers and our employees.
In addition, we collaborate extensively with other local community partners and are committed to projects in the neighborhood, the village, and the city. At the heart of our educational philosophy is “We see you.” For us, this applies not only to the children, but also to our colleagues and partners. We are a learning organization and are constantly striving to improve. For example, by providing customized solutions and by always trying new things. If something doesn’t work out? Then we’ll try something different next time. We’re curious to see what you can bring to the table and look forward to hearing your ideas!
