
Berenschot is seeking a Senior HR Consultant, preferably with knowledge of and/or experience in labor law and employee participation. As a leading consulting firm, we help our clients—through our Performance & Reward team—develop and implement strategic HR tools that provide a solid foundation and a motivating work environment. As a senior HR consultant, you’ll take on a multifaceted role. You’ll help clients by developing solutions that establish clear objectives and roles, foster a culture of continuous development, create a compelling employee value proposition and employee journey, ensure fair (executive) compensation, and leverage people analytics!
