Senior Consultant, Data-Driven Transformation

Here's what you'll be doing

As a senior consultant in data-driven transformation, you will help Morgens and its clients become more data-driven, gain new insights into their processes, and foster innovation.

Think, for example, of implementing data-driven practices on the shop floor, advising on data governance solutions, developing a data strategy, and creating management reports. Are you someone who identifies opportunities in these areas and devises, coordinates, and implements smart solutions? Then we’re looking for you!

Job Requirements

We hope that you

In addition, you have

• Relevant work experience in the field of data analytics or a related field
• The ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• The ability to extract and visualize useful insights from (big) data
• Demonstrable interest and experience in using data to improve and transform organizations
• Knowledge of BI tools, such as Power BI, Qlik, SAS VA, or Tableau
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile techniques is a plus
