As a Communications Specialist for Leasehold and Issuance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies tailored to various target groups within our organization and our leaseholders. You will play a crucial role in informing, engaging, and guiding colleagues and leaseholders through the transition to our new information system, HERA. You will work closely with various departments within the organization, including Information Services (IV), Policy Affairs, IT, and Finance. In addition, you will draw on the expertise of various colleagues from the Communications Department. • Communication Channels for Leaseholders: Create multiple communication channels tailored to leaseholders. These might include informational campaigns for leaseholders who have transferred their leases, updates on inflation adjustments, and the management of perpetual ground rents.
  • Departmental Optimization: Develop and implement a communication plan to engage colleagues and keep them informed about cross-departmental optimization processes, such as divisions and adjustments to leasehold rights.
  • Customer Journey Improvement: Collaborate with various departments to improve the customer journey for changes to ground lease rights via the "My Ground Lease" online portal.
  • Digital Communication: Lead a communication initiative for leaseholders to register them for digital billing and communication, in close collaboration with the IT and Finance departments.
  • Progress Report: Maintain regular communication with the Head of the Leasehold & Issuance Department and collaborate weekly with the E&U Communications Team to monitor progress.
