Senior Business Controller

What will you be doing?

In an independent role, you will provide advice to the executive board and management. You will be part of a team of 10 professional controllers, with our central office in Amsterdam-Noord serving as our hub. Working from home and the office, you will support and advise managers on preparing budgets and addressing business economics issues.

• Employment contract for 32 to 36 hours per week, on a fixed-term basis with the intention of converting to a permanent contract;
• Salary is based on the GGZ and FWG collective bargaining agreement (CAO), at levels 60–65, depending on seniority. A 4% pay raise will take effect on December 1, 2024;

What do you bring to the table?

Because you deal with a large volume of funding streams, no two situations are alike. You have a critical eye, are persuasive, and are skilled at providing advice and driving change. In addition, you can handle stress well and are able to navigate effectively between different levels of the organization.

You are able to build support while taking into account the various interests of those involved and the legal and regulatory frameworks. Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked in mental health care.
