Are you a senior HR consultant with strong strategic skills who is also committed to promoting employee engagement?
Are you an experienced HR consultant looking to apply your knowledge and skills in a unique and complex organization, and do you have an affinity for arts education and the topic of inclusivity? If so, we’re looking for you!
What will you be doing?
The AHK is undergoing change. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in the organization’s development. You will advise and support the executive board and managers on matters related to human resources and organizational development. In this role, you will identify issues and provide actionable recommendations, and then oversee their execution and implementation. You are able to help managers and teams grow and excel. You tackle issues such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, social safety and professionalization, reducing work pressure, and future-proof HR policies. There are particular challenges to address in the areas of cultural, organizational, and change management.
You also play a key role in achieving the objectives of the Participation Act. You focus on creating jobs for people who are distanced from the labor market at the academies and the Service Bureau. You ensure that there is support for the people in the target group so that they are actually given an opportunity within the AHK.
The AHK’s goal is to increase the diversity of its workforce in a sustainable manner.
The division of duties between HR consulting and the Participation Act will be approximately 4:1. Assuming a full-time position, you will work four days a week as an HR consultant and one day as a Participation Act coordinator.
Within the HR department, you will form a team with the PSA staff, the policy officer, and your fellow HR advisors, with whom you will collaborate in a collegial and effective manner. Finally, you will actively contribute to policy development.
What do you bring to the table?
You have completed a relevant degree at the associate’s degree level or higher and have substantial experience as an HR consultant. You have a well-defined vision of how you want to contribute to issues such as inclusion and diversity. You are a team player and can easily switch between strategic, tactical, and operational advice. You are analytical, a strong communicator, and have a sense of humor. You possess the ability to put things into perspective and act decisively. You work independently while also being focused on collaboration. You are approachable and open to feedback. You place a high value on co-creation and inclusivity and enjoy working with internal and external parties to achieve our goals related to the Participation Act. You value differences and appreciate everyone’s input; together, you strive for the best possible outcome.
