We are currently looking for a:
(32–38 hours)
You will work in our team serving clients—such as partnerships, boards, municipalities, and ministries—on challenging research and advisory projects. You will be involved in research, networking, and policy documents; you will conduct analyses and serve as a process facilitator. For example, you will advise partnerships on setting up, maintaining, and monitoring a comprehensive network in their region; you will guide them in developing their support plan; or you will advise them on the path toward inclusive education. As a senior advisor, you serve as an internal sounding board for colleagues and drive the development of our service offerings and client network.
Your primary focus is on inclusive education, but you will also contribute to other Sardes projects.
We are specifically looking for people who currently work or have previously worked at a consulting firm or as a director of a partnership.
You are well-versed in the world of special education. You are familiar with the dynamics of school districts, school boards, youth services, and local governments. You apply your knowledge and experience to address the challenges faced by Sardes’ clients in the areas of special and inclusive education, and you develop new service models. In addition, you have a broad interest in educational issues and equity in education.
