For over 30 years, Sardes has been supporting the education, childcare, and government sectors through research, consulting, and process guidance. We are a leading player in the educational field that drives, guides, and evaluates innovative developments. Our goal is to provide sustainable solutions to educational challenges, improve equal opportunities, and enhance the quality of educational institutions. Offering better opportunities to children and young people at risk of falling behind in education—that is what Sardes stands for.
You will work in our team serving clients—such as partnerships, education and childcare boards, municipalities, and ministries—on challenging research and advisory projects. You will focus on vision and organizational development. Your knowledge of organizational science, the field, and your (work) environment will be invaluable in this role. One moment you’ll be developing a new strategic plan; the next, you’ll be working on a sustainable, widely supported solution to the teacher shortage. You’ll guide organizations in local collaboration, inclusive education, or the formation of integrated childcare centers (IKCs). As a senior advisor on organization, governance, and strategy, you’ll also serve as an internal sounding board for colleagues and help drive the development of our service portfolio and client network.
Your primary focus will be on assignments for executives, but you will also contribute to other Sardes projects.
As an experienced administrator or organizational consultant in education and/or child care, you have faced your share of challenges. You know how to develop a widely supported vision, how to draw up a sound strategic plan, how to help organizations and people grow, what the dynamics are like in a broad administrative field, and what it takes to collaborate with partners to achieve social goals. You also have a broad interest in educational issues and equal opportunity in childcare and education. You are a consultant who thinks critically and collaborates constructively with directors/administrators of partnerships, education boards, school leaders, and government agencies (both local and national).

You’ll be working for a passionate organization with a challenging mission. Together, we’ll work to promote equal opportunities for children and young people.
