The importance of these issues will only grow in the coming years. The PO-Raad supports the sector in the areas of advocacy, policy development, and knowledge sharing. Together with our members and partners, we are shaping the future of education!
The PO-Raad is seeking a senior advisor with experience in the education sector—someone who has a broad understanding of the field and can work independently on specific projects in close collaboration with the PO-Raad’s board, our members (school organizations), and stakeholders (such as theMinistry of Education, Culture, and Science, the VO-Raad, AVS, the School Leaders Register for Primary Education, the Board for Testing and Examinations, and education unions).
We are looking for a proactive team player who is observant, a good listener, and skilled at forging connections between members, stakeholders, and policy areas. A critical thinker and doer who ensures that words are turned into concrete actions. Someone who reflects on their own actions and is not afraid to take on new challenges.
You will be working as part of the Educational Quality and Administrative Professionalization team, which consists of five PO-Raad staff members. The team is part of the Strategy & Advisory cluster, where 25 advisors collaborate on the development and implementation of the PO-Raad’s strategic agenda.
