In this role as Senior Advisor, you will serve as an experienced strategic partner at all organizational levels, including management and the board. You will work on a project basis on broad organizational and/or substantive issues across the entire municipality of Utrecht. Examples include designing and implementing an organizational structure for the energy department, which has grown significantly over the years; formulating and implementing new working methods in response to legislative changes; or improving collaboration between policy and implementation in the area of youth care. You will often handle multiple assignments simultaneously. You will do this in various roles, such as change management consultant, project manager, interim manager, or program manager. The issues involve a change management component and are critical to the performance of the municipal organization.
