NTR is the broadcaster behind acclaimed titles such as Het Klokhuis, Andere Tijden, Dream School and The Lesbian League. We create programs that inspire, inform, and connect.
Our Culture editorial team produces radio, TV, and online content about music, youth culture, and social issues—including forNPOBLEND, the radio station for listeners aged 35 to 49 who love (classic) hip-hop, neo-soul, and R&B.
For the culture and programming department at NPO BLEND, we are seeking aContent Curator / Editorial Coordinator (m/f/x)(32 hours per week) to start on January 1, 2026.
This is you:
You identify with NPO BLEND’s target audience and have a bicultural background or a strong affinity with the diverse cultures that this channel represents.
You have proven experience as a producer, (radio) editor, or coordinator in an editorial environment.
You have a passion for music and radio, and are very familiar with NPO BLEND’s music and target audience.
You have strong organizational skills and can keep track of schedules, budgets, and priorities.
You communicate clearly, are able to build connections, and bring calm and structure to the team.
You have a good sense of journalistic values and editorial judgment.
You are flexible and willing to work outside of office hours—when necessary—to cover broadcasts or events.
A one-year contract starting January 1, 2026. Depending on your knowledge and experience, this position will be compensated within salary grade H (€
(€3,995.43 – €6,103.97) as set forth in the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Broadcasting Personnel. The other terms and conditions of employment are also in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Broadcasting Personnel.
As an NTR employee, you will receive a 6% year-end bonus, 8% vacation pay, a travel allowance, more than five weeks of vacation per year, annual salary increases, a group pension plan, and a monthly contribution toward your health insurance.
