We are looking for an experienced person to manage both the monument and the activities:
Sales & Project Associate (M/F/X)
Full-time (38 hours)
The duties of the sales & project assistant include:
- You are responsible for customer relationship management;
- You will serve as the point of contact for existing and new customers;
- You will be responsible for processing new applications and recurring tasks;
- You are responsible for a project from the initial quote through to invoicing;
- You will develop action plans and maintain contact with internal and external stakeholders;
- You evaluate completed activities and make recommendations for improvements.
What we are looking for:
- Hands-on approach;
- Residing in (the Leiden area);
- HBO-level academic and intellectual ability;
- At least three years of relevant work experience;
- Excellent command of spoken and written Dutch and English;
- Business-minded and guest-oriented;
- Accurate, flexible, and service-oriented;
- No 9-to-5 mentality; willingness to work on the occasional weekend or holiday;
- Knowledge of scheduling and ticketing systems;
- An appreciation for culture and the unique value of the Pieterskerk in Leiden.
What we offer
This is a highly challenging position. We are offering a temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position in the near future. Compensation ranges from €2,500 to €3,200 gross per month, excluding an 8% vacation allowance, depending on relevant knowledge and experience.
