At the Prinses Christina Concours, we believe in the power of music. For 55 years, we have been encouraging children and young people in their musical development. With competitions in classical music, jazz, and composition, a traveling concert hall (the Classic Express), an online competition (De Muziekwedstrijd), and the PCC Academy, the Prinses Christina Concours is a leading platform for music education and talent development.
With a team of 11 staff members, we are constantly looking for new ways to introduce children and young people to music and help them experience its value. We support participants in our competitions and other events in their musical and personal development, thereby passing on the importance of music to new generations of musicians and music lovers. This requires a high level of engagement from our organization with the target group (children and young people) and other stakeholders, such as performing artists, music teachers, cultural institutions, and funders. Client and Office Manager (36 hours per week)
Strong in relationship management, with a keen eye for business support
For this position, the PCC is looking for the best of both worlds. As a Client and Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing organizational, secretarial, and administrative support within the Development team. This includes, in particular, private client management (Friends of the Princess Christina Concours Foundation). In this role, you will assist the director with new leads and proposals.
In the office management role, you will support your colleagues with a wide range of tasks, including the use of our IT systems.

You will become part of a highly motivated and diverse team—a network of young musicians, music professionals, venues, and various organizations with a passion for music.
We are initially offering you a one-year contract with a salary in accordance with the Dutch Performing Arts Collective Labor Agreement (scale 6, depending on your profile and experience). The position is based in The Hague, but working from home and on-site at competition venues is certainly not uncommon, subject to mutual agreement.
