As a recruiter at NTR, you are our go-to expert in recruitment and selection. You ensure that we find and attract the right people, in a way that aligns with our mission and values. 

What will you be doing:

• Providing advice onrecruitment strategies, target audiences, and channels;
• Writingcompelling job postingsand managing our werkenbijntr.nl website; 
• Streamlining the process in Recruitee (our newATS software);
• Guiding and training colleagues inobjective and inclusive hiring processes; 
• Building diverse talent poolsin collaboration with Mediastages, Emma at Work, and other target-group-focused organizations;
• Negotiatingemployment terms and conditionsanddetermining the pay grade fornew colleagues; 
• The recruitment of interns;
• Organize anonboarding eventtwice a year.

Who are you:

You’re curious, hands-on, and have a strong sense of responsibility. You enjoy getting an up-close look at HR work and are eager to contribute to a positive work culture. You’re eager to grow by stepping in to help with special projects and new assignments.  

You have:  

• At least 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in media, culture, or journalism; 
• Persuasiveness and a flair for communication — you know how to get people on board with your vision; 
• Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices and the ability to recognize and counteract bias; 
• Experience with systems such as AFAS, Recruitee, and AI applications in recruitment; 
• A network-oriented mindset — you easily build connections, both within and outside the organization; 
• Team spirit: You enjoy working with others, are open to feedback, and help create a positive work environment.

Here's what we offer:

We are offering a one-year contract for this position. Depending on your knowledge and experience, the position is compensated within pay scale G (€3,218.27 – €4,909.65) of the broadcasting collective bargaining agreement. The other terms and conditions of employment are also in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for broadcasting personnel.

As an NTR employee, you will receive, among other benefits, a 6% December bonus, 8% vacation pay, a travel allowance, more than 5 weeks of vacation per year, annual salary increases, a group pension plan, and a monthly contribution toward your health insurance.
