Recruiter

The position

As a Recruiter at Atrivision, you’ll be responsible for identifying ambitious talent, ensuring a steady flow of L&D specialists (junior, mid-level, and senior), and building strong, long-term relationships with our clients. You’ll reach out to potential candidates, meet with clients, assess their needs, and engage with hiring managers and professionals. You stay up to date on the latest developments and trends within the target group’s field.

You’ll have access to a wide range of tools to connect with professionals and further expand Atrivision’s network. This is a highly versatile role in a results-oriented environment where you’ll have every opportunity to develop, with excellent guidance, into perhaps the company’s top commercial executive. 

Job Requirements

• At least a college-level education and ability to think critically; 
• At least 2 years of successful experience in the recruitment industry;
• A true go-getter with initiative;
• You have a well-developed business sense;
• You are a good listener and pick up on what is said and what is left unsaid;
• You are responsible for;
• You're naturally impatient, but you're good at keeping your cool;
• You thrive on working with tight deadlines and can be flexible in that regard;
• You have good social skills;
• You are well-equipped to interact with all levels of an organization;
• You are able to connect with people and build relationships from there;
• You are assertive, you have the courage to take risks, and you use your freedom to achieve the best possible outcome.
