Project Coordinator, Coalition for Healthy Lifestyles in Healthcare

We are currently looking for a 

Project Coordinator for 3 teams within the “Lifestyle in Healthcare Coalition” program

(28–32 hours per week).

The team

You will be working at the Dutch Patient Federation and with a team of people collaborating on the program. There are seven teams working within the Coalition. Three teams are managed by the Dutch Patient Federation: the Patient Team, the Practice Implementation Team, and the Guidelines Team. You will support these three teams as well as the program manager. For more information: Lifestyle in Healthcare Coalition (leefstijlcoalitie.nl) 

What kind of work is involved?

Within the coalition, the Dutch Patient Federation, together with TNO, is responsible for day-to-day program management. Several staff members from the Dutch Patient Federation work in three of the seven teams. We are looking for a project assistant to support this team. In this role, you will collaborate with TNO’s project support team. We are looking for someone who enjoys contributing ideas on how to effectively engage our constituents, puts these ideas into practice, and helps creatively ensure the success of coalition events.

As a project support specialist

• Do you proactively support your fellow team members with tasks such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, taking minutes, and helping to organize gatherings and events?
  
• Are you one of the key links between the members of the Dutch Patient Federation and their involvement in the “Lifestyle in Healthcare Coalition”?
  
• Are you helping to share news from the “Coalition for Healthy Lifestyles in Healthcare” through the channels of the Dutch Patient Federation?
  
• Are you the point of contact between the various secretariats of the participating parties;
  
• Help you solve problems and proactively suggest ideas for improvement;
  
• You are the first point of contact for questions from members and partner organizations.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with multiple parties within a program structure, with a focus on organization and communication. You thrive when everything runs smoothly, have a proactive attitude, and tackle all kinds of tasks with energy and enthusiasm.

You are someone who:

• has a college-level level of thinking and work;
  
• preferably with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience;
  
• has experience organizing events;
  
• has a knack for maintaining a variety of relationships;
  
• has strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
  
• can initiate and support communication activities;
  
• can work on multiple tasks at the same time;
  
• thinks proactively and can solve problems.

What do we offer you?

We offer a temporary and versatile position involving socially meaningful work within an engaging organization staffed by dedicated individuals. We offer flexible working hours. The salary, depending on education and experience, is up to €3,653.00 gross per month for a 36-hour workweek (Social Work Collective Bargaining Agreement, Scale 7). This is a fixed-term position, starting with a one-year employment contract. If you perform successfully in the role, the fixed-term appointment will be extended (the duration of the “Lifestyle in Healthcare Coalition” program is from 2023 through 2025).

The Social Work Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) applies. Under the terms of the CBA, you are enrolled in the Healthcare andWelfare Pension Fund.
