Project Assistant

The position: 

As a project coordinator , you will develop and organize a wide range of activities. These might include inspiring online meetings or professional conferences featuring various workshops. You will also guide a group of schools in their school or educational development. You will hold regular meetings with the schools, organize gatherings, and connect schools with one another. You will do this in an engaging and supportive manner. Furthermore, you will delve into educational topics (such as customized education, assessment, and equal opportunity) and/or topics related to professional school organization and the professional development of school leaders (such as strategic personnel policy, a learning culture, and the professionalization of school leaders). 

 Through your interactions with schools, you have a good understanding of what schools and school leaders need. You therefore ensure that the project activities are tailored to those needs.

This is initially a temporary position through the end of 2024, with the possibility of extension.
