Job Description

Here's what you'll be doing

As a Healthcare Project Manager, you’ll have a varied role within the healthcare sector. You’ll lead impactful projects that help us improve healthcare. You’ll do this alongside a dedicated team of colleagues who, just like you, want to take on meaningful, impactful assignments. Do you prefer to take action rather than just talk about it? Then you’re probably a perfect fit for us! No two days are the same. For example, you might lead a project group meeting in the morning, then have a sales call with a colleague at a potential client’s office, and end the day by delivering an internal training session on project management in healthcare for our junior and mid-level colleagues. You’ll work in one of our three healthcare teams (digital healthcare, hospitals & mental health, and long-term care).

The services Morgens provides include:

  • Project to Reduce the Administrative Burden in Inpatient Care;
  • Project Manager for the Adoption and Scaling Up of Electronic Health Record Transfer;
  • Implementation Manager for Future-Proof Nursing;
  • Consulting and guidance on organizational development for hospitals;
  • Program Management for Person-Centered Care in a Senior Care Facility;
  • Project Management: Continuous Improvement in Hospital Clinics

  •  A completed associate's or bachelor's degree;
  • 5 years of experience in a project management role or specific experience in the healthcare sector as a consultant, manager, program manager, or project manager;
  • Experience in strategy and organizational development, with an eye for the “softer” side of things;
  • Above-average knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: project management, digital healthcare, quality assurance, or continuous improvement.
