Morgens was founded in 2001 based on the belief that we can help organizations become more resilient over the long term. Every day, we support management and teams in improving processes, collaboration, and performance. We do this across various sectors, including government, healthcare, and education.
When you ask our clients why they enjoy working with us, they say it’s because we’re results-oriented, organizationally savvy, creative, pragmatic, and analytical. We believe that change can also be fun and inspiring, and we love to use dynamic approaches. Our office is bursting with positive energy and great ideas.
Here's what you'll be doing
As a Healthcare Project Manager, you’ll have a varied role within the healthcare sector. You’ll lead impactful projects that help us improve healthcare. You’ll do this alongside a dedicated team of colleagues who, just like you, want to take on meaningful, impactful assignments. Do you prefer to take action rather than just talk about it? Then you’re probably a perfect fit for us! No two days are the same. For example, you might lead a project group meeting in the morning, then have a sales call with a colleague at a potential client’s office, and end the day by delivering an internal training session on project management in healthcare for our junior and mid-level colleagues. You’ll work in one of our three healthcare teams (digital healthcare, hospitals & mental health, and long-term care).
