At Nassau Fundraising (hereinafter: Nassau), we believe in relationship-based fundraising—fundraising that truly puts the donor first. We’re seeing more and more charities adopt this approach. Nassau helps these organizations become even better at fundraising. And it works. More and more often, and with ever-greater success. We set the bar high and challenge both our team and our partners to bring out the best in themselves. Does that sound like you? Do you work with an eye for detail and relationships, are you a strong communicator, and does project-based work come naturally to you? Then we’d love to talk to you!
Due to the departure of one of our colleagues, we are looking for an independent and relationship-oriented
As a project manager/consultant at Nassau, you will oversee the implementation of various fundraising projects for our clients. The specific focus of these projects varies by client and assignment. Our expertise lies primarily in the areas of Great Fundraising, Middle Donors, Major Donors, and Bequests. In addition, we help organizations improve their fundraising through knowledge transfer (training) and finding the right colleagues (recruitment & selection). You will act as a daily sparring partner for our clients, and internally, you will ensure the optimal distribution and coordination of tasks among yourself, the senior consultants, and fellow project managers.
Apply right away! Don’t wait too long to apply, because the position will close as soon as we find the ideal candidate. We’d like to welcome our new colleague as soon as possible. Due to the upcoming holiday season, we’d like to schedule an initial interview with you on Wednesday, July 19. We ask that you keep this date in mind. If you’re not available then, please mention this in your application. You can apply by sending your resume and cover letter to Karen Balvers-Wong (karen@nassau.nu). Feel free to call us at 020 – 520 65 55 if you have any questions or would like additional information.
