NOT JUST ANY FUNDRAISING PROJECT MANAGER

As a project manager/consultant at Nassau, you will oversee the implementation of various fundraising projects for our clients. The specific focus of these projects varies by client and assignment. Our expertise lies primarily in the areas of Great Fundraising, Middle Donors, Major Donors, and Bequests. In addition, we help organizations improve their fundraising through knowledge transfer (training) and finding the right colleagues (recruitment & selection). You will act as a daily sparring partner for our clients, and internally, you will ensure the optimal distribution and coordination of tasks among yourself, the senior consultants, and fellow project managers.

What kind of things will you be doing?

Together with a senior consultant, you will be responsible for carrying out various fundraising projects;
You will serve as the point of contact for both our clients and the partners we work with, continuously monitor our relationship-focused strategy, and be responsible for planning and costs;
You monitor and evaluate the results achieved by the projects you oversee;
You will immerse yourself in the field and actively contribute to the ongoing development of the team and Nassau.

What do you bring to the table?

You are an excellent project manager: detail-oriented, meticulous, and dedicated;
You have excellent consulting skills: customer-focused, solution-oriented, and strong communication skills;
You have experience in fundraising. Experience in one of our areas of expertise is a major plus;
You can adapt quickly (because no two days are the same) and you’re committed to quality;
You have a service-oriented, enthusiastic personality;
You have 3–5 years of relevant work experience;
You have a college or university level of work and thinking.
