As a project manager or project assistant, you will play a crucial role in coordinatingresident communication and supportduringsustainability projectsfor existing homes. You are responsible for all resident-related aspects: from building support for sustainability initiatives, to guiding residents during construction work, and encouraging behavioral change after the renovation.
You will work on one or more projects at a time, depending on the size of the projects. In collaboration with the client and the contractor, you will ensure that resident communication and support are properly organized. Depending on the phase of the project, you will alternate between working in the office and on-site. Here is a glimpse of what you can expect:
