As a project manager or project assistant, you will play a crucial role in coordinatingresident communication and supportduringsustainability projectsfor existing homes. You are responsible for all resident-related aspects: from building support for sustainability initiatives, to guiding residents during construction work, and encouraging behavioral change after the renovation.

What will you be doing?

You will work on one or more projects at a time, depending on the size of the projects. In collaboration with the client and the contractor, you will ensure that resident communication and support are properly organized. Depending on the phase of the project, you will alternate between working in the office and on-site. Here is a glimpse of what you can expect:

  • Conducting aneighborhood visit tothoroughly assess the project area.
  • Contributing ideas for the communication strategy and maintaining thecommunication schedule.
  • Developing clear and engagingcommunication materialsfor all residents. You translate technical information into an easy-to-understand narrative.
  • Consultwith clients and contractors to work together on the best approach for the project.
  • Organizingmeetingsto inform and engage residents.
  • Answering residents' questions, for example duringhome visits,in-persondrop-in hours, and remotely via email or phone.

What are we looking for in you?

  • At least 1 yearof relevant work experience.
  • An interest inbehavioral change, a passion for people, and stronglistening skills. We work with and for residents from diverse backgrounds.
  • You maintaina clear overviewand have experiencecoordinatingbetween different parties and projects.
  • You are a skilled writer withan eye for detailin both text and design. You have an excellent command of theDutch language.
  • You takethe initiative,arepragmatic, and know how toget things done. You enjoy not only coming up with ideas but also putting them into action.
  • You live nearThe Hague, Leiden, or Rotterdam.
