More about this organization
Two smiling women are sitting on a staircase; the woman in the foreground is wearing an earring and has long hair.

As a Site Quality Project Manager, you will support the Quality Manager and work closely with site managers. You will serve as a sounding board for them, identifying opportunities and helping to grow the site and support even more young people.

Would you like to use your knowledge and experience to contribute to the mental health of young people? Do you believe, as we do, that young people grow stronger when they have a place where they feel safe, heard, and supported? And that this helps prevent problems from escalating? Then this is your chance to make a difference. We are looking for a Site Quality Project Manager to join our national @ease team in Amersfoort .

About @ease

At @ease, young people between the ages of 12 and 25 can get free support when life gets tough. Sometimes they feel stuck—whether it’s in their heads, at school, at home, with themselves, or with others. That’s why it’s important for them to have a place where they feel at ease and can share their story. This helps them regain control of their situation.

At the heart of @ease are young volunteers: our peers. These are young people between the ages of 18 and 30 who are there to listen. This peer-to-peer approach is unique in the Netherlands and has proven to be effective. Research shows that young people feel safe, seen, and heard at @ease—precisely because they are talking to someone their own age who simply listens without judgment and without offering solutions. @ease has 15 drop-in locations across the Netherlands. At each location, young people can walk in for a conversation at no cost.

What will you be doing?

@ease is growing. That’s why we’re expanding our team with a Location Quality Project Manager. In this role, you’ll ensure that quality isn’t just assessed after the fact, but is an integral part of how we work from the very beginning. You’ll work closely with location managers and support them in strengthening their teams, processes, and results. You maintain an overview, identify opportunities, and help locations continue to develop. In this coordinating role, you bring calm, focus, and structure.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the development and continuity of locations: You regularly visit locations and review progress with location managers. You help ensure that developments in outreach, team development, and organizational structure are closely monitored.
  • Identifying opportunities and risks early on: You are the primary point of contact for location managers regarding quality issues. You identify areas where progress is stalling or risks are emerging and work with locations to develop concrete improvement plans.
  • Leveraging reports and research: You enjoy diving into the details. You analyze quarterly reports, location data, and research findings, and discuss them with location managers so they can use these insights to further strengthen their locations.
  • Supporting grant processes: You will help structure and monitor grant processes. You will contribute ideas regarding applications and reporting, ensuring that we, as an organization, maintain a reliable and professional reputation with municipalities and partners.
  • Having meaningful conversations: You maintain close contact with location managers regarding quality, expectations, and development. Together, you establish clear agreements and closely monitor progress.

Who are you?

You enjoy working with people and can easily coordinate across different locations. You have strong analytical skills and can quickly identify trends and challenges. With an open and discerning eye, you engage with location managers, contribute ideas for improvements, and help further strengthen quality and continuity.

In addition:

  • Are you flexible and available for 32 hours a week?
  • Do you enjoy traveling for work?
  • Do you have a relevant associate’s or bachelor’s degree (e.g., social work, applied psychology, sociology, or another relevant field)?
  • Do you have experience with grant and funding issues?
  • Do you have at least 5 years of work experience?
  • Do you have experience in quality assurance, organizational development, or project management?
  • Can you analyze reports and translate them into concrete actions?
  • Do you enjoy structure, organization, numbers, and processes?
  • Are you a strong communicator who can easily adapt to different audiences?

What do we offer you?

  • A meaningful job where you make a direct contribution to the mental health of young people
  • The opportunity to help build a rapidly growing organization with a nationwide impact
  • Plenty of room for initiative and growth
  • A contract for 32 hours per week
  • Salary in pay scale 10 under the W&MD Social Work Collective Bargaining Agreement, plus competitive benefits

Interested?

Please send your cover letter and resume to jobs@ease.nl, addressed to Sophie. Do you have any questions? Feel free to contact us at jobs@ease.nl. We look forward to hearing from you!

You can apply until March 30, 2026. For more information about @ease, visit https://ease.nl. The first interviews are scheduled for Tuesday, April 7, in Amersfoort.
