As a Site Quality Project Manager, you will support the Quality Manager and work closely with site managers. You will serve as a sounding board for them, identifying opportunities and helping to grow the site and support even more young people.
Would you like to use your knowledge and experience to contribute to the mental health of young people? Do you believe, as we do, that young people grow stronger when they have a place where they feel safe, heard, and supported? And that this helps prevent problems from escalating? Then this is your chance to make a difference. We are looking for a Site Quality Project Manager to join our national @ease team in Amersfoort .
At @ease, young people between the ages of 12 and 25 can get free support when life gets tough. Sometimes they feel stuck—whether it’s in their heads, at school, at home, with themselves, or with others. That’s why it’s important for them to have a place where they feel at ease and can share their story. This helps them regain control of their situation.
At the heart of @ease are young volunteers: our peers. These are young people between the ages of 18 and 30 who are there to listen. This peer-to-peer approach is unique in the Netherlands and has proven to be effective. Research shows that young people feel safe, seen, and heard at @ease—precisely because they are talking to someone their own age who simply listens without judgment and without offering solutions. @ease has 15 drop-in locations across the Netherlands. At each location, young people can walk in for a conversation at no cost.
@ease is growing. That’s why we’re expanding our team with a Location Quality Project Manager. In this role, you’ll ensure that quality isn’t just assessed after the fact, but is an integral part of how we work from the very beginning. You’ll work closely with location managers and support them in strengthening their teams, processes, and results. You maintain an overview, identify opportunities, and help locations continue to develop. In this coordinating role, you bring calm, focus, and structure.
Key responsibilities:
You enjoy working with people and can easily coordinate across different locations. You have strong analytical skills and can quickly identify trends and challenges. With an open and discerning eye, you engage with location managers, contribute ideas for improvements, and help further strengthen quality and continuity.
In addition:
Please send your cover letter and resume to jobs@ease.nl, addressed to Sophie. Do you have any questions? Feel free to contact us at jobs@ease.nl. We look forward to hearing from you!
You can apply until March 30, 2026. For more information about @ease, visit https://ease.nl. The first interviews are scheduled for Tuesday, April 7, in Amersfoort.
