The terms of employment for the position of Health, Safety, and Wellness Project Manager are in accordance with the VVT FWG 60 collective bargaining agreement. You will also receive:

A one-year contract for 32–36 hours per week (negotiable) with the possibility of a permanent position;
Salary ranging froma minimum of €3,862 to a maximum of €5,733(based on a full-time position of 36 hours);
An end-of-year bonus equal to 8.33%of gross annual income andanannualvacation allowance of 8%;

Pension accrual through the Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn pension fund, a group discount on your health insurance, and travel expense reimbursement in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement;

When you start at Cordaan, you’ll receive a nice bonus! For full-time employment,you’ll receive€500 net(pro-rated based on your contracted hours). You’ll receive the first 50% at the start of your employment and the remainder after two years on the job. A nice reward for your hard work!

Are you referring a new colleague? If so, you’ll receive €250 when the colleague you referred starts. And after one year of employment, you’ll receive another €250. That means you’ll get a total of €500 net!

What will you be doing?

As a Project Manager for Occupational Health and Well-being, you will focus—from an HR perspective—on promoting the further development and professionalization of our policies regarding working conditions and well-being. You ensure a safe and healthy work environment by proactively initiating, developing, and implementing preventive measures. Together with the Sustainable Employability Program Manager, you are responsible for the approach to promoting the safety, vitality, and sustainable employability of our employees.

Responsibilities:

Actively contribute to the implementation of the occupational health and safety policy, including by translating policy frameworks into project plans, protocols, and practical guidelines for various target groups within Cordaan;
Independently managing various projects focused on preventive measures and improving working conditions;
Provide advice and support regarding the Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RI&E) and monitor the progress of actions outlined in the RI&E action plans;
Serve as a point of contact for HR business partners, HR advisors, and, where necessary, management regarding occupational risks and working conditions;
Assistance with the handling of workplace accidents.

Who are you?

You also have:

HBO/university-level work and thinking skills.
Extensive experience in occupational health and safety and project management.
Up-to-date knowledge of occupational risks and working conditions, as well as the relevant laws and regulations.
Experience in the role of safety officer and in independently conducting RI&E processes.
