When you start at Cordaan, you’ll receive a nice bonus! For full-time employment,you’ll receive€500 net(pro-rated based on your contracted hours). You’ll receive the first 50% at the start of your employment and the remainder after two years on the job. A nice reward for your hard work!

As a Project Manager for Occupational Health and Well-being, you will focus—from an HR perspective—on promoting the further development and professionalization of our policies regarding working conditions and well-being. You ensure a safe and healthy work environment by proactively initiating, developing, and implementing preventive measures. Together with the Sustainable Employability Program Manager, you are responsible for the approach to promoting the safety, vitality, and sustainable employability of our employees.
