As a Project Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our dynamic project environment. You’ll manage the financial and administrative aspects of our projects with precision and a clear overview. Your keen eye and analytical skills will enable you to identify and resolve issues early on.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the project records.
  • Prepare, review, and process outgoing invoices.
  • Supporting and informing project leaders.
  • Monitoring the progress of the project (OHW activities, hours, invoices).
  • Reviewing contract terms.
  • Verifying the quality of administrative records.
  • Ensure that the files in Afas and the “Kluis” are complete and accurate.
  • Serve as a point of contact for immediate colleagues regarding project administration.
  • Participate in regular meetings of project administrators and controllers.
  • Verifying time records.
  • Preparing the forecast for the coming period and identifying vacancies.
  • Preparing and reviewing various reports, such as final reports, work-in-progress reports, and accounts receivable reports.

Who do you work with?

You will be part of the Public Administration consulting group and, together with eight other secretaries, will support more than a hundred consultants. In this multifaceted role, you will provide daily administrative support to your colleagues on various projects. You will also collaborate with the other secretaries, the project controller, and the staff in the Finance department.

The project administrator reports to the project controller in the Finance department.
