What will you be doing?

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our services and work closely with our clients. You are the face of NewBees INC. during the implementation of our programs: a reliable partner who understands the client’s needs, contributes ideas, and applies your knowledge of D&I at the right moments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners: you are their primary point of contact and trusted partner.
• Planning, organizing, and coordinating programs, including training sessions and workshops for clients.
• Carrying out consulting projects, such as designing and analyzing surveys, conducting in-depth interviews, and preparing reports.
• Preparing workshops: from coordinating content and providing instructions for facilitators to handling all the practical details.
• Proactively resolving bottlenecks and improving internal processes so that we can continuously enhance the professionalism of our services.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a structured, communicative, and proactive professional who thrives on organizing and implementing impactful programs. You have a genuine passion for diversity and inclusion, enjoy working closely with clients, and know how to translate their needs into successful outcomes.

The 5 skills we are looking for:

• Project management: experience in planning, organizing, and coordinating projects, preferably with external clients.
• Collaboration and networking: You enjoy working with others and are skilled at effectively connecting different parties to achieve shared goals.
• Customer-focused: You listen carefully to customers, understand their needs, and are a partner who thinks proactively.
• Knowledge of D&I: You have an affinity for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and understand how to successfully implement these principles within organizations.
• Strong organizational skills: you have an eye for detail, maintain a clear overview, and know how to successfully manage multiple projects at once.
