Project Manager

Your playing field

Thanks to your dedication, you’ll be supporting the entire project organization. Among other things, you’ll maintain an overview of the projects and serve as the right-hand person to the Head of PMO. You’ll ensure that the necessary conditions are in place to enable the smooth execution of the various projects. In doing so, you’ll be making a direct contribution to a happy, healthy, and active Netherlands. As a Project Manager, you’ll excel by:

• Provide substantive support to the Senior Project Managers on various projects. You will also identify and advise them on project issues.
• developing and managing quality aspects - monitoring quality aspects and ensuring that the project is carried out in accordance with standards and procedures.
• manage the projects and provide support during the handover.
• developing and managing communication tools to facilitate and improve communication with portfolio, program, and project members, as well as other stakeholders.
• managing smaller projects independently.

You’ll probably also want to know this: the team consists of 5 Senior Project Managers, 1 Project Manager, 3 Business Change Managers, the Head of PMO & PPM, and the Director of Business Transformation & Strategic Projects.

• a bachelor's degree.
• At least 2–3 years of work experience in a similar position.
• Experience in an agile work environment.

Your score

As a Project Manager, we offer you:

• A salary ranging from €4,000 to €5,600 gross per month, depending on your experience.
• a position for 32–40 hours per week.
• an attractive bonus plan, 30 days of vacation, a €1,000 flex budget, and a €2,000 annual employability budget.
• For €3.00, you can enjoy a healthy and varied lunch in our company cafeteria.

Our office in Rijswijk is generally where you’ll be working, but you’ll mainly work wherever best suits your tasks.
