Project Executive

What will you be doing?
As a Project Executive, you will carry out activities that stem from amsterdam&partners’ marketing strategy, goals, and decisions. These activities and projects are highly diverse in nature. For example, you will oversee content creation, the procurement of printed materials and media, manage activations, and may be involved in organizing events and rolling out campaigns. You will work closely with the project manager on your project. Together, you will be responsible for the entire process or a part of it: from accepting the assignment and executing it through to delivering a high-quality final product.

In addition, you will be responsible for the following:

• You come up with creative solutions when carrying out activities and know how to use the right resources to do so
• You will join project groups and provide input based on your expertise

What do you bring to the table?
You work well with both internal and external parties, and with your enthusiastic and flexible attitude, you enjoy taking the lead. In addition, you always ensure that tasks are completed by the agreed-upon deadlines. You are meticulous and have a good sense of the big picture.

Your resume states:

• HBO-level academic and intellectual ability
• 1–3 years of work experience
• Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch and English
• Experience in developing products or services based on a marketing brief, as well as an interest in art and culture, is a plus
• You enjoy working on projects, but you’re also comfortable with daily deadlines and keeping track of routines

• A position for 32 to 38 hours per week
• A salary ranging from approximately €2,296 to €2,700 (based on a 38-hour workweek)
