Project and Panel Expert

What will you be doing?

Asa Project and Panel Expert, you serve as a vital link between our researchers and the people who participate in our studies. You help us identify the right target audience and ensure that the study design and target audience are well-aligned. In this role, you maintain an overview, connect the right people, and help streamline the research process. You are the connecting link within our team.

As a Project and Panel Expert, you help define and refine selection guidelines and recruitment criteria. You schedule interviews, arrange locations, and maintain clear records of participants and the schedule. You draft screening questions, schedule interviews, and handle the administrative follow-up. In addition, you work daily with our regular recruitment partners. You ensure that all practical and organizational matters run smoothly.

You will reach out to potential participants and encourage them to take part in research. You will do this by collaborating with our recruitment partners or by actively recruiting people yourself through channels such as social media, phone calls, or street recruitment. When recruiting on your own, you will focus primarily on people and perspectives that are less frequently heard, such as young people, older adults, or people with an immigrant background.  

In short: as a Project and Panel Expert, you ensure that we engage with the right people and that our research projects run smoothly and are carried out with care.

We are looking for:

You’re someone who thrives on organizing, making personal or phone contact, and switching between different tasks and people. We’re also looking for someone who: 

• is curious and sociable, 
• enjoys working on a project basis,
• is good at planning and works with precision,
• is fluent in spoken and written Dutch (perfect knowledge of the Dutch language is required for all our positions),
• is stress-resistant,
• is available 40 hours a week,
• has at least a Level 4 vocational education (MBO) level of work and thinking
• has experience with audience targeting (this is a plus)
