Bibelot Music Venue is looking for a creative and enterprising programmer to give our region’s nightlife a boost!
As a nightlife programmer, you’ll be responsible for all dance parties on Bibelot’s Main Stage and Power Stage. You’ll develop new concepts based on trends and developments, collaborate with external partners who organize parties for us, and book artists. Live music is always part of our lineup.
• Developing new concepts and booking suitable artists
• Establishing and maintaining partnerships with external organizers
• Actively reaching out to potential new partners in the region, while bringing Bibelot’s diversity and inclusion goals to life
• Contributing ideas to the marketing strategy for the events you organize
• Preparing simple cost estimates and performance reports
You are young (at heart) and have a clear vision of the importance of nightlife culture. You are up to date on current trends. You are assertive and a skilled negotiator. You are a creative and inspiring connector who develops concepts with partners and new target audiences. You have strong commercial acumen. You are a born networker who maintains relationships with bookers, managers, partners, DJs, colleagues, and the press. You possess a college-level work and thinking ability and speak English and Dutch fluently.
• Work in a dynamic environment with a great atmosphere and friendly colleagues
• A 12-month contract for 32–38 hours per week, with the possibility of a permanent position
• Salary in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for Dutch Performing Arts Venues and Festivals; pay scale based on age and experience.
