- You will act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to successfully implement the Work initiative.
3. Relationship Management and Business Development:

2. Focus:
- Operational management:You monitor the progress of programs, identify opportunities for improvement and expansion, and oversee the implementation of new initiatives.
- Stakeholder management:You mediate and bring together various stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Identifying new opportunities:You actively seek out new initiatives and programs, with a focus on engaging other sectors, such as the construction industry.
3. Training and consulting:Providing training is a secondary aspect of the role; experience and an interest in this area are a plus, but you will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in this area.
Strategic balance and operational implementation:
- Strategy vs. execution:You spend about 55% of your time on strategic program development, while 45% is focused on operational execution and project management.
- Collaboration:You will develop the strategy and programs both independently and in collaboration with management (MT) and other team members.
Your profile:
- You have 3 years of experience in a strategic program management role, preferably with a focus on labor market or inclusion programs.
- A commitment to diversity, gender equality, and inclusion is essential. Knowledge in this area is a plus, but above all, you must have strong relationship management skills and the ability to develop strategic programs.
- Experience with stakeholder management and preparing funding applications is preferred.
- You are capable of both strategic thinking and operational execution, with a pragmatic approach and a keen eye for opportunities.
- You are self-reliant and have the ability to develop and implement new strategies.
What do we offer?
