You will build new relationships and collaborate with our coalition partners to achieve our goal: enabling more and more people to experience the benefits of hybrid care . As program manager, you will set the direction and strategy for the Flywheel and translate ideas into concrete projects that the project leaders will implement. You will also lead the program team with dedication and enthusiasm.

And based on that , we make their voices heard in doctors’ offices , in politics, and in the news. You contributedirectly to this . You are the program manager for the Flywheel for Digital Transformation. You will build new relationships and collaborate with our coalition partners to achieve our goal: enabling more and more people to experience the benefits of hybrid care . As program manager, you set the direction and strategy for the Flywheel and translate ideas into concrete projects that the project leaders implement. You also lead the program team with commitment and enthusiasm. All of this takes shape in the following activities:
The widespread adoption and scaling up of hybrid care is a key component of the Integral Care Agreement. The IZA identifies the Flywheel as an initiative that can continue to contribute to a positive innovation and transformation ecosystemin the coming years . The Flywheel for digital transformation in healthcare aims to ensure that many more people can experiencethe benefits of high-quality hybrid care . At , we area patient- and client-driven coalition of and for the field, in which we collaborate with healthcare administrators and providers, digital solution providers, health insurers, and, of course, patients(andtheir representatives). We have an action-oriented and decisive program team that supports coalition partners in utilizing and scaling up hybrid care. For now ,the focus is on home monitoring, medication delivery using medication dispensers , and lifestyle monitoring with smart sensors. In the coming period, we will determine whether we will help scale upadditional innovations within the context of IZA . Key themes for in the coming years will include: networked care, patient self-management, hybrid care pathways, and engaging end-users.
The Vliegwiel program team consists of a communications advisor and, for the time being, five (part-time) project leaders/advisors. We are looking to strengthen our team with a program manager for the coming years. Due to IZA’s ambitious goals, we plan to further expand the program team to approximately 12 FTEs. As program manager, you will therefore play a key role in launching, growing, and managing a large (program) team.
As a program manager, you are a strong-willed individual capable of overseeing multiple areas of focus simultaneously. You serve as a key sounding board and liaison for the steering committee members, the project leaders within the program team, the partners in the IZA, and the flywheel coalition.

We offer a dynamic role within a socially relevant organization—one where you can further develop your skills in substantive, strategic, and policy areas, and build a strong network within the healthcare sector.
Depending on your education and experience, the salary is up to €6,065.00 gross per month for a 36-hour workweek (Social Work Collective Bargaining Agreement, Scale 12). You will initially be offered a one-year employment contract with the possibility of renewal.
The Dutch Patient Federation offers excellent employment benefits, including an Individual Choice Budget and a career budget. You will also receive a work-from-home allowance and, if applicable, reimbursement for your commutingexpenses.
Under the terms of the collective bargaining agreement, you areenrolled in the Healthcare and Welfare Pension Fund .
