In a rapidly changing world, change is the only constant. We strive to make sports enjoyable for everyone in the Netherlands every day. As a driver of innovation at NOC_NSF, you will take the initiative to implement the Sport Agenda 2032 in the area of sustainability.
To pass on the power of sports to future generations and ensure that people can continue to enjoy sports every day, we must accelerate our efforts to make the sports sector more sustainable. We are reducing negative impacts, supporting change, and strengthening progress. We have not only outlined these priorities in our long-term strategy but have also publicly underscored them by committing to initiatives such as the UN Climate Framework and agreements with the IOC and IUCN. It is now time for (further) implementation.
You will be working in the Support Department, whose mission is to strengthen the sports sector by providing ongoing professional support and advice and by developing—or commissioning the development of—a wide range of appropriate services and products. You will work in close collaboration with management and the Business Director, and you will report to the Executive Director on matters related to strategy, international developments, and political trends.
