Who are we?
With over 170,000 works of art, we are one of Europe’s largest museums of modern art. We organize approximately 35 exhibitions a year, spread across three buildings: the Kunstmuseum, Fotomuseum Den Haag, and KM21. Around 40,000 children and young people visit us each year.
These museums employ 135 staff members and a large number of people who are connected to the museum in other ways. Each has their own area of expertise, ranging from security guards to designers and from museum educators to curators. Education is one of the cornerstones of our museum policy.
