Program Coordinator

As Program Coordinator for Podium:

• You will be part of the self-managing Podium team, which, in addition to you, consists of two other Program Coordinators, an M&C Coordinator, an M&C Staff Member, and a Production Assistant. In addition, 13 student assistants work for Podium in the roles of Program Producer or Program Promoter.
• You will mentor the student assistants in program development and, together with them (and your other colleagues), ensure the planning and execution of events. You are responsible for several program series, such as the knowledge talk show Utrecht Maakt Kennis and the theater programming Theater Trip. In your role as coordinator, you have final responsibility for both the organizational and content-related quality of the programs.

• We are offering a six-month employment contract (D4) for 0.8 FTE.
• Your responsibilities and duties will be determined based on your knowledge and skills. Based on this, you will be placed in pay scale 10, with a maximum salary of €5,019.73 for a full-time position.

• In addition, you will receive an 8% vacation bonus and a guaranteed year-end bonus of 8.3%.

As the Podium Program Coordinator, you will be part of the Student Participation team within HU’s Education, Research, and Student Affairs (OO&S) department. The Student Participation department has a total of thirteen staff members. As part of this overarching team, you will be fully dedicated to Podium.
