As a Program Controller, you are responsible for the financial oversight of the Pact ZO. You ensure the provision of reliable information, support project managers, and advise on the allocation of resources. You work closely with the municipality of Zaanstad and the finance departments of the partner organizations. This is a role that is rapidly evolving. You enjoy being a pioneer and are eager to build connections with our partners and colleagues.

As a Program Controller, you will work within the Pact ZO team, a partnership between residents, schools, businesses, sports clubs, the police, housing authorities, healthcare and social services organizations, the municipality, and the national government. Together, we are committed to a future in which children in Zaandam-Oost have just as many opportunities as those elsewhere in Zaanstad. You will work closely with project managers, the strategy and finance advisor, and colleagues from the municipality of Zaanstad.

Thanks to your innovative spirit, you spot opportunities to improve processes and come up with innovative solutions that align with the Pact’s goals. With your communication skills, you know how to engage people in your analyses and recommendations. You coordinate, explain, and ensure that everyone understands what is needed. You are persuasive: you are not afraid to take a stand and know how to involve others in financial decisions, even when they are complex or sensitive.
