
As a Program Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring the continuity of the Care Cafés, following up on case studies, fostering volunteer engagement, and overseeing activities within the projects in North Holland. The Care Café consists of walk-in consultation hours and group meetings (support groups, psychosocial training sessions, and themed meetings). You will guide volunteers in carrying out these activities and ensure that care is provided in a culturally sensitive manner. The work is varied and takes place at the various program locations.

You will report to the North Holland Regional Coordinator and your responsibilities will include the following:

We also offer a 12-month employment contract, with the possibility of extension. A gross monthly salary ranging from €3,200.08 to a maximum of €4,524.02 for a full 40-hour workweek. We determine the salary range based on your knowledge and experience and compare it to our internal benchmark.
In addition, we offer a non-contributory pension and 30 days of vacation per year for full-time employees. And just as important: a great workplace, centrally located in Amsterdam, and an accessible and close-knit team.
