As a Program Advisor, you play a key role in the task- and program-oriented
works by Rijnbrink. Together with colleagues, you will develop effective program policies
that contributes to the organization's goals. You ensure that this policy does not
not only meets the needs of our stakeholders and partners, but also
responds to current developments in the field.
As a Program Advisor (32–36 hours), you will be at the helm of the development and
monitoring of our programs. These are based on social
tasks in the social and cultural sector, in which Rijnbrink provides services
supplies libraries and other cultural organizations. You advise and
supports the Management Team and Program Managers, thereby providing a
significant contribution to the strategic direction and the effective implementation of
programs. This will help you take our services to the next level.
Your responsibilities will include:

internal and external developments and the needs of our stakeholders, and
customers, in collaboration with the Program Managers.
monitoring and researching relevant developments, and translating them
to identify opportunities and/or promote innovation.

quality improvement and the achievement of program outcomes.

policy proposals, reports, analyses, and business cases.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic liaison with a keen understanding of administrative matters.
You have experience in a consulting role, possess strong analytical skills, and work
preferably at the intersection of policy and implementation. You have a keen sense of the issues at stake
from various stakeholders and can clearly convey complex information to
various target groups. Your contribution will provide a significant boost to the
further professionalization of our organization.

Salary between €5,663 and €6,838 per month in pay grade 12 of the collective bargaining agreement

depending on the knowledge and experience you bring to the table.
You are entitled to 180 hours of leave per year based on a 36-hour workweek
