What will you be doing?

You are the team’s go-to person when it comes to handling matters related to the program’s production. What else does this entail?

• You will serve as the right-hand person to the editor-in-chief and the production manager;
• You will be responsible for uploading the episodes and handling the related administrative tasks;
• You will assist the production manager with budget requests and forecasts, and monitor the allocated program budgets;
• You negotiate rates with facility management companies and freelancers, among others, and draft contracts for these agreements in Docusign; 
• You enter invoices into Coda and post them to revenue;
• You will cover for colleagues who are on leave; 
• You organize activities such as photo shoots, expert meetings, etc. 

In addition toBinnensteBuiten, there arealways opportunities to work on other (smaller) projects within KRO-NCRV.

About you

• You have a strong background in finance and work with precision;
• You have demonstrable and recent experience with a (daily) ENG program and in a similar role;
• You have an interest in technology and developments in your field; 
• You enjoy working as part of a team, but you are also capable of working independently; 
• You feel at home in a large team and a fast-paced environment; 
• You have a driver's license;

What we offer

We are offering a 36-hour-per-week employment contract. This is initially a one-year contract starting immediately, with the possibility of renewal.

In accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Broadcasting Personnel, this position is classified in pay scale G. The salary depends on age and experience and ranges from €3,118.48 to €4,757.41 per month for a full-time position of 36 hours per week.
