For our Youth 2 editorial team and the four-part drama sketch series*Welcome to the 1950s*, we are looking for a
Producer (m/f/x)
(8 hours per week in March, 36 hours per week from April through July 2026)
Here's what you'll be doing:
Providing production support to the producer;
Organizing the crew, cast, and production equipment for filming;
Scheduling, documenting, and handling the administrative and financial aspects of recording sessions;
Comprehensively preparing and producing shooting days, including organizing breakdown meetings and creating shooting schedules and call sheets;
Recruiting extras for various shooting days;
Attending filming days and taking responsibility for production-related tasks on set;
Performing all administrative tasks related to production, such as processing footage in Avid Media Central, entering metadata and log data, and archiving footage and rights-related materials;
Actively participate in editorial and production meetings.
Requirements
This is you:
You have experience in drama production;
You have a "drama queen" personality;
You work with precision and have an eye for detail;
You can handle stress well and are skilled at planning and organizing;
You enjoy taking the initiative and acting proactively when necessary;
You communicate clearly and effectively;
You have an affinity for digital technologies and methods;
You work well with others, but you can also work independently;
You are flexible in your thinking and available to work flexible hours (shifts sometimes fall on weekends or in the evenings);
You have a Class B driver's license.
Here's what we offer:
A contract from March 1, 2026, through July 31, 2026. Depending on knowledge and experience, this position will be compensated within salary grade F (€3,032.79 – €4,241.24) of the Collective Labor Agreement for Broadcasting Personnel. The other terms and conditions of employment are also in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Broadcasting Personnel.
As an NTR employee, you will receive a 6% year-end bonus, 8% vacation pay, a travel allowance, more than five weeks of vacation per year, annual salary increases, a group pension plan, and a monthly contribution toward your health insurance.
