NTR is currently seeking aProducer (m/f/x) for NTR Science

In the science department, you’ll work on the cross-media title Focus. Focus informs viewers and listeners about scientific developments and the facts behind the news. From small, current issues to universal problems of our time, our comprehensive title Focus seeks scientific solutions to today’s crises. You can find Focus on TV, YouTube, podcasts, radio, Instagram, and TikTok. 

Here's what you'll be doing:

• In close consultation with the producer, oversee the scheduling of filming, shooting, and post-production;
• Preparing for shooting days, such as planning and arranging facilities and creating call sheets;
• Booking crews, setups, color correction, and audio editing;
• Logistics related to loading and backing up equipment;
• Applying for and processing video and audio licenses, and ensuring that the requested material is delivered to the correct destination; 
• Monitor the progress of production together with the producer;
• Verifying invoices based on prior agreements;
• Handling financial, logistical, legal, and administrative matters related to the various productions. You are familiar with the departments involved in these processes;

• A top-notch organizational talent who can adapt quickly, sees last-minute changes as a challenge, and works with precision. 
• Experience as a junior producer in television and/or radio/online;

Here's what we offer:

A contract from February 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension. Depending on knowledge and experience, this position is classified within salary grade F of the broadcasting collective bargaining agreement. The other terms and conditions of employment also comply with the collective bargaining agreement for broadcasting personnel.
